When does the wait list open?

The wait list officially opens at midnight, September 1 the fall prior to when your child would attend school.  You can get on the wait list any time after that date.

When is my child old enough to get on the wait list?

For our 3’s class, your child must turn age three by November 15 of the year they attend.
For our 4’s class, your child must turn age four by November 15 of the year they attend.
For our Pre-K class, your child must turn age five by April 1 of the year they attend.

Can I tour the school?

Yes!  Tours for the students interested in the current year are available throughout the year.  Tours for the following school year are offered after the open house.

Can I bring my child (or siblings) on a tour?

To minimize the distraction to our students, we ask that only adults attend the tours during classroom hours.  If younger siblings (anyone younger than age 2.5) must attend, they must be in a front or back carrier to avoid the choking hazards throughout the classroom and outdoor space.

When is the open house?

The open house is an evening event during the last week of January.  Please contact info@multnomahplayschool.com for more information or check out our calendar page.

Can I bring my child to the open house?

Yes!  Children aged 2.5 and older are encouraged to poke around the classroom and meet the teachers.  Children younger than age 2.5 must be in a front or back carrier to avoid the choking hazards throughout the classroom and outdoor space.  Childcare is available in the classroom during the teacher presentation (done in a separate room).

When do I register my child?

The day after the open house, the Membership Director starts calling down the wait lists.  Once you are offered a spot, you are emailed a registration packet, due within 7-10 days.  The tuition and fees (or your financial aid paperwork) must be submitted along with the paperwork to secure the spot.[pb_builder]
